Aluminium Alloy 4043 Welding Rod / Wire :

The alloy 4043 welding rod /welding wires at Shanti metals are made of the 4043 aluminum alloys. This alloy is having five percent of the silicon and has good resistance properties. This can use as the filler material in a wire or in a rod. It is good for the welding process for the MIG or TIG. This is especially recommended for the welding and chasing alloys. It is having a melting range of 1056 degree Celsius to 1170 degree Celsius. It is having a thick density and good tensile strength.

This alloy is suitable for the service temperature above 150 degrees Fahrenheit as it is containing five percent of the magnesium. This alloy is having a good range of ductility and is having good shear strength. This alloy is having very less crack sensitivity and thus can be a good welding option. This provides superior wire finish for the best feedability and arc performance. This is also good for the optimal manufacturing process to precisely control chemical composition.
