What is AWS Class E309LT1-1?
Alloy 309LT1-1/4 is an all-position, flux-cored wire designed for MAG welding of low carbon 22%Cr-12%Ni stainless steels. It is also used for dissimilar solder joints between high strength, soft steels and low-alloyed QT-steels, stainless, ferritic Cr and austenitic Cr-Ni steels, manganese steels. This metal contains relatively much more ferrite in their austenitic, thus providing better weldability as well as superior heat and corrosion resistance.

BOHLER E309LH PW FD flux core wire is a kind of Co2 gas shielded stainless steel flux cored wire. Our advantages are stable arc, little spatter, less smoke, higher deposition efficiency, excellent welding performance, easy restrike. It shows the following properties:
