STELLITE 12 is an intermediate alloy between Cobalt Alloy 12 and Cobalt Alloy 1. This alloy has a higher fraction of hard, brittle carbides than Cobalt Alloy 12. It has increased resistance to low-angle erosion, abrasion, and severe sliding wear while retaining reasonable impact and cavitation resistance. This alloy is often used as an auto-match or against cobalt Alloy 12 or 1. The higher tungsten content provides better high-temperature properties compared to Cobalt Alloy 12, and it can be used at high temperatures. This material is used to cut tools that need to withstand abrasion, heat and corrosion.

What are ECOCR-B COBALT Welding Electrodes?
The composition of these electrodes is the same as ECOCRA only addition of a slightly high percentage of carbides. These welding electrodes are high hardness and suitable abrasive and metal to metal wear resistance. It is also an impact and corrosion resistance. Our welding electrodes show high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, high ductility, excellent weldability, and durability.
