About AWS Class Erni-1 MIG & TIG Welded Wire:
Alloy 61 Welded Wires is always utilized for the welding of Nickel 200 and 201-grade alloy product. The combination of titanium with carbon preserves a minimum level of free carbon and facilitates the filler metal to be used with Nickel 201.

The UTP A 80 NI Wire is a common purpose engineering material for
applications requiring heat and corrosion resistance. The great features of these wires
are their resistance to high-temperature oxidation. This alloy also has superior
resistance to aqueous media corrosion. In addition, It has high mechanical strength and
is readily formed, machined, and welded.
OK AUTROD NI-1 Welded Wires give resistance to many corrosive solutions and
high-temperature oxidation areas as the aluminum content increase more oxidation
resistance.
