What is ER218 Wire?
NITRONI 60W Wire is mainly utilized for welding ostensibly 18 percent Cr - 8 percent Ni austenitic stainless steel types 308H, 316H, and 321/347 which have carbon amounts ranging between 0.04% and 0. 10 % for high pressure, high-temperature piping systems. Properties of ER218 Wire:
It has 16% Chromium, 8% nickel, with a 2% molybdenum cut length. It has low down ferrite weld deposit. Its Cryogenic toughness features are -196°C (-320°F). It is fabricated to weld 304H, 316H, 321, and 347H foundation materials. ER218 Wire is the leanest of the austenitic stainless steel weld metal stipulation.
